Even though we had a room facing the airport we didn't find the
noise
overbearing (blended with the air con 'white
noise
') and the 'sleep number' king bed (you can adjust your side's firmness) was very comfortable.

Sleep number bed was good and we were on the backside of the hotel so airport
noise
did not bother us.

We wanted to sleep immediately after our flight even though it was only 7pm, but the
noise
made that very difficult.

Double paned glass, so airplane

didn't bother.

But if you are a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room on the other side - which only faces a parking lot so at least the street
noise
might be a little less, though again I didn't hear anything.

We decided it would be easier to sleep with the tv on and have that
noise
rather than the mechanical buzzing.

I asked to move to a different room and even though the room was considerably further away, you could still hear and feel the
noise

I had a room on the 6th floor a few doors down from the elevator and was awakened by the
noise
when they turned it on around 4:30 AM.
