1. Construction noise from over the road a but intrusive as we were out and about early on the days we stayed this wasn't much of a problem.

2. We had booked a non smoking room 4 weeks before arival, and when we arrived we have been told that the only room left was a smoking room, with an obscur explanation of problem with the booking agency.

8. Our friends had a real problem with being given a smoking room when the asked for non smoking.

9. All we got from the night duty manager was that it was their policy not to move customers to other rooms free of charge (we were talking $10 difference by the way) and that she understood our problem which clearly she did not.
