1. In such a foodie city, I can get over the bad breakfast because there are so many places to eat, but the breakfast room is tight, small and has no charm at all.

8. Not all the suites are flawless - some still have carpeting over the hardwood for instance, and there is some must in the air, but it`s not unexpected or bad, and the work is not finished.

10. bad stuff - not the easiest place to approach by car due to all the one way roads; valet parking if you don't like that; street noise if your windows are open and your TV is not on, no elevators, so if you don't want to climb stairs you'll be even closer to the street noise.
