1. Parking was a little pricey but I suppose if I wanted to save some money I could have utilized the street parking but I don't like to search for a spot so I paid extra, seems fair.

2. Then the parking beneath the hotel is great for small cars, but at $15 per day is a little pricey.

3. The lobby area is impressive, the exterior pleasing, and the trendy lower Queen Anne neighborhood interesting (aka pricey).

4. The only downsides were:1) pricey parking - this appears to be typical of most inner-city Seattle hotels, but still can't say I was thrilled with the somewhat expensive daily parking rate2) Not all rooms have A/C - I paid extra money to 'upgrade' to a room with an air conditioner (which was somewhat noisy, but kept the room cool).
"Very good location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/19/2009 Vote
5. After searching for affordable accomodations in the downtown area, I found The Mediterranean Inn to be in a nice location at a reasonable price (I found most hotels pricey in the area).
