1. The only negative was the few neighbors who allowed their room doors to slam while going in/out, and we had a horribly squeaky toilet seat when it was lifted by my husband.

2. The location is a little far from downtown attractions, but they also have a free shuttle; we walked back, and it really is not a horrible walk, just a strenuous one because of the hills.
