5. Since parking is so expensive everywhere, including the hotel, the free shuttle came in very handy and the drivers are nice and will give you information on where to go.

6. The hotel staff was very helpful, the shuttle takes you right to where you need to go(hospital) and picks you up when ever you are ready to leave, saves on not so convenient and expensive parking at hospital.
