1. The pool is very nice (maintained at a great temperature), but the tile is obviously outdated and is a little dirty looking.

2. Maybe that's the laid-back Seattle culture?) The business center had outdated software and the two terminals were so close together it was difficult for two people to access them simultaneously.

3. during this check-in what appeared to be amanager was wondering the lobby and kept looking at the desk but never approached or jumped behind the desk to help, seemingly akward eye contact should have alerted his manager that the desk may have needed some help? The rooms were okay, I guess what one would expect for a Marriott, outdated with attempts to update ie flatscreen tv.
