1. Regardless of that little flaw, I always look forward to my stays at the Pan Pacific and will continue to return if they keep it up.

2. I travel a lot, and it's rare that I find a hotel that has no flaws, but Pan-Pacific is that hotel.

3. My only complaints about the room were that the sink doesn't drain (happened on both visits - it's a design flaw) and at night all the tv/dvr/dvd equipment and fridge make noise and there are some lights that kind of blink on and off.
