1. The hotel is beautiful and the room was very nice (my only complaint would have been the view, but it really wasn't that big a deal to us).

10. My complaints are : had to request tea (coffee available in room but had to call and ask for tea), after returning to our room at 2pm after sigh-seeing, had to request housekeeping, no evening turn down service and my husband ordered 2 diet cokes from room service and it was $12.
