1. One unexpected problem was, because this is Kauai and wild chickens are roaming everywhere, there are stains of chicken poop a bit everywhere, even on the stairs leading up to the second floor.

2. The air conditioning blew cold air at the beds (seems to be a common problem in Hawaii) so we had to bundle up to not freeze when the a/c was working.

3. We never had a problem finding a spot and the walk is definitely not that far to where it was a problem or annoying or anything.

4. But this problem disappeared on Sunday and we didn't notice any noise at all (except the roosters) until the next Saturday, when there were multiple families with loud children across the hall from us and 2 doors down, yelling, running, slamming doors.

5. Our main problem was that it was not near anything so if you are going to stay here remember to hire a car as you will need it to go to restaurants or sightseeing.

7. The only problem we had while we were there is that the restaurant gave my husband a hard time for wanting to bring food from the buffet up to our room since I was sick in bed.
