1. It is very frustrating that as a 'valued' hotel guest u walk through an empty paved lot (valet parking lot) to your dirt ground parking spot (that u have paid to park in ) under 12 inches of rain now a mud hole.

2. The rooms say that they are recently updated, they could still use a little work, the drawers in the bathroom were frustrating to use, carpets need to be replaced and the tiny fridge was from 1986.

3. One thing I would say is make sure you take plenty of change if you intend on using the laundry as it only takes coins and reception claim to have none and then send you on a wild goose chase around the resort to different places to see if they have any and nobody wants to give you change, quite frustrating.

4. They charged $12 a night for parking and made everyone park in the lot farthest away from the resort, which was frustrating because the closer lot was reserved for valet but was empty.

5. VERY FRUSTRATING since you can hardly get a signal and the front desk people are so tired of dealing with it, it shows, even though they try to help.
