Had no engineer been up to fix this
problem
which has probably persisted for 100s of guests? The web site advertises a "refrigerator", but instead we got a cooler.

with Cincinnati is that they really don't have many high end hotels (the so-so but attractive architecturally Hilton and the aging Cincinnatian being other possible options with the Hyatt Regency a step below).

I am sure if we had called to complain about the room (some mold in the bathroom and a few sharp objects and pills found on the carpet when I baby-safe the room before we settled in), they would have immediately fixed the
