1. I expect more from Westin - several colleagues complained about the noise - one woman said she was awakened by snoring from the next room.

3. So I don't expect a particularly special room and don't complain when I get a 7th floor room with a view of a restaurant (supposedly a view of the 'fountain' but it's so low it's more like a view of this restaurant below with a bunch of fans in a greenhouse style).

7. I am sure if we had called to complain about the room (some mold in the bathroom and a few sharp objects and pills found on the carpet when I baby-safe the room before we settled in), they would have immediately fixed the problems.
