1. unfortunately, once I was stuck in the parking garage trying to leave on the last day of one visit because the key card was shut off early, which was frustrating, so I now always check with the front desk before I leave on my check-out day to ensure my card is still working.

2. Don't let me stay discourage you from staying here, but unfortunately, we turned our two night stay here into a one night, and I walked to the neighboring hotel and told them what was going on, and they gave me a suite for the same price I paid here.

7. I really wanted to give it an Excellent rating but the one thing I just can't overlook and unfortunately its not something they can change as they would have to renovate and I think that would take a little something away from the style they are going for here.

8. unfortunately, someone from the staff/cleaning (I say that because no one can get into the rooms with those plastic key slot cards except cleaning and front desk management-we tried to open each other's rooms with different cards and it won't work) stole a laptop from one of our rooms and cleaned the room after.
