I spoke to the hotel Manager, Mr McLaughlin (my spelling), when other employees saw nothing wrong with this, and he shared their attitiude - seemed amused that anyone would not be satisfied with one of the employees coming in once an hour (note none were there when I was in there and I was exercising for over 90 minutes).

5. Hotel three was Hilton Riverside first room was wrong bed type, second room had broken ac/heater, third room was small as were all the others but comfy.
