1. My only service issue was the last night I had been given a late check-out 1pm.

2. Casino is across the street BUT it is connected via underground tunnel so even if the weather is bad NO ISSUES getting to the CasinoCasino was very well maintained and the staff on EVERY level there was exactly like the hotel.
