1. How much time is really spent in the hotel room anyway? Pillows are hard, decor is dated and 'used', but it's fine.

2. When we arrived there was a problem with our reservation (they had us down for the wrong date) but the friendly person at the desk took care of it.

3. The hotel has no FREE WIFI but a nearby McDonalds offers free wife and only a short walk, but other than that very happy with the hotel, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, slight dated but never the less good value and great away from the Strip.
