2. The rooms are actually fine, mine was truly huge with both a couch and chair, coffee table, large desk, queen size bed, cable TV, wireless internet, new carpet and a noisy but effective a/c unit.

3. Reading some of the other reviews last week nearly caused me to cancel & try to book elsewhere BUT I am glad I didn't do that as this place, while a bit 70's in decor, is fantastically located yet not overly-noisy and impeccably clean.

9. unfriendly staff,noisy area, closed eaterydirty pool,bad parking, i will not stay at any of their hotels anymore in kona or hiloif you go to kona dive with the mantas its expensive but quite an experience.
