3. Several things went wrong during my stay including construction that closed down a good part of the outdoor seating (despite being promised by the reservations agent that there would be no construction during my stay) and a non-functioning outdoor shower that was a big reason that I opted for what is their most expensive room type.

4. Our stay started off ruff with having the wrong room, getting turned away from activities and spa treatments but once we brought these issues to Ben, the manager he made the rest of our stay amazing.
