5. the basic room did not offer a balacony/pation and I like to sit outside a lot- so I ended up upgrading (a bit pricey for this) for one.

9. The only spa service I did not love was a make-up consultation (hoping to learn a few new tricks) - it was actually a lesson on how to use their (pricey) mineral make-up.

10. Let me count the ways --spa services are now impossible to book or change, program offerings have been cut to a bare minimum, and many are now little more than bare-faced opportunities for the same old tired suspects to hawk their personal (and very pricey)individual sessions.
