1. My daughter, son-in-law, and 8 month old grandson stayed at The Mandarin and I got the opportunity to see it first hand (and, anew, after a disasterious first time bar visit over a year ago - horrible mixed drinks).

2. Concierge was horrible, the bartenders in the hotel bar/restaurant were more helpful and actually that was the best of the Mandarin.
