1. my beef with it is that a) noone helped with my bags b) breakfast was included in the price but when I checked in, the lady at reception said it wasnt, so it was only when my PA told me it was a b+b deal that i had breakfast (ie once out of six days), and no offer of credit was made to me on checkout, despite their error.
