1. Parking is $15/day, but it's off the street (on the whole, parking is rough in South Beach so just suck it up and pay the fee.

2. ours worked great and is large enough for 2 (wink, wink)*price-good for South Beach*courteous/effective housekeeping staff*our room was very clean*decor-like the minimalist look of the roomcons:*no dvd player or flat screen tv in our room*no alarm clock*no bathrobes*towels were small and rough*front desk staff somewhat indifferent-they answered our questions but weren't overly friendly*breakfast selection could've been better.
