5. I think that the reviews on this website are terrible, and basically once one person has a bad stay or experience, then nothing else would seem good to them about the place.

6. Also, we left our rooms in such terrible shape, and when the cleaning lady came, they cleaned it very well, and were happy about it, talking to us after they cleaned it, without complaining.
