2. Picked the hotel becausee of the value for money and comped breakfast which was good, clean room and courteous service but the hotel itself is rather old (dirty carpets, elevator out of service ) and I could have stayed at the Royal Palm for same money with pool.

3. We stayed at the Haddon Hall Hotel in South Beach last year, which was more per night than the Wave and it was a nasty, dirty place.

10. There was an old banana peel stuck to the lamp in the room, the mini bar had shattered glass on it that had not been repaired, the chair in the room was very dirty with frayed fabric and the paint in the shower in the bathroom was peeling.
