1. I could just hear aircraft landing at the airport (my room was east facing) but it wasn't loud enough to cause any issues with sleeping.

2. Since it is close to the airport there were planes taking off quite often, but from what we heard from others attending the wedding, it was much quieter than their hotels with music playing loudly all the time.
