1. The only complaint I would have is the air con unit did not cool off fast enough, and the maintenance guy was not very helpful when we had him diagnose the problem.

3. I brought the wife and kids 11/23-11/25 and the only complaint was that the Internet speed in our room was slow at all times of day, wired and wireless, on 2 different laptops.

6. Big 2 room suite, very comfortable king size bed and comfortable queen sofa bed (no complaints from my daughters, on the contrary they also enjoyed their big flat screen TV).
