1. We were very disappointed as they have many hidden costs - I think there is a belief that people are willing to spend a lot of money but we have stayed at the mandarin, four seasons and other hotels around the world and have never come across such poor breakfast for the money.

3. This last stay I arrived to find that the best manager you had is no longer there, the restaurant I loved is gone and has been gone for almost 6 months (Are you going to get a new one- big issue) also the one that is there, is understaffed, undertrained, and of poor quality.
