1. For once, I wanted to 'splurge' so I decided, for the 1st time, not to let money be an issue and just stay at a 'number 1' hotel.

5. This last stay I arrived to find that the best manager you had is no longer there, the restaurant I loved is gone and has been gone for almost 6 months (Are you going to get a new one- big issue) also the one that is there, is understaffed, undertrained, and of poor quality.
