1. The IT manager wrote back to let me know that there were some problems but they have been addressed and now the free limited internet was faster and if you paid the daily fee, the higher speed was about 2MB.

5. The problem was the employee had written down the wrong number on a completely different floor.

6. It is also a safety problem, as someone at the hotel fell to their knees after losing their footing on some steps that were darkened as a course of the lighting design.

10. To be fair, this was a minor hassle - the internet charge was removed from my bill and the staff offered to send a techie to fix the problem (not necessary as the lobby level had one hour of complimentary wifi access which worked fine).
