5. poor lighting lets the staff get away with sub-standard cleaning: look closely and you'll see accumulated dust and fluff around doors and corners, shabby lifts and careless maintenance.

6. Very poor attention to detail, check out the canopy over the arrival area - bits of debris trapped within it, and the reception area looks as though it is in the middle of re-carpeting but no, that warehouse floor is meant to be like that - no warmth or comfort.

7. PS- The poor servers in Spice Market restuarant- the uniform is brown, hideous, and backless.

9. Cons: Cocktail waitresses with bad attitudes, poor communication among housekeeping and front desk, slow (or unresponsive) 'whenever, wherever' service, thin walls (hallway noise).
