1. hard beds, small TV, unattractive odor, fridge noise every hour, overall would not stay again.

Pros: Inexpensive, centrally located, nice customer service, quiet on top floorCons: Non-smoking room reeked of smoke (but Crossland did warn on its website that it cannot guarantee non-smoking room), bed is really hard, very small room & TV, stairs and elevator has a dirty, industrial feel, no chair to sit in to read or watch TV, not even anyplace in the bathroom to set your toiletries bag.

3. First the beds were really hard and unconfortable and the bed sheet had cigarette burns and our room was nonsmoking.
