Pros: Inexpensive, centrally located, nice customer service, quiet on top floorCons: Non-smoking room reeked of smoke (but Crossland did warn on its website that it cannot guarantee non-smoking room), bed is really hard, very small room & TV, stairs and elevator has a dirty, industrial feel, no chair to sit in to read or watch TV, not even anyplace in the bathroom to set your toiletries bag.

2. Rooms were dirty, beds felt like we were sleeping on a pile of cardboard, walkways stunk and people outside yelling and swearing.

6. The worst part was the uncomfortable feeling from having filthy dirty laborers and workmen unloading their trucks and equipment as our neighbors in the adjoining rooms and all throughout the motel.
