1. Front desk staff were not particularly helpful, polite or accurate at check-in and failed to make changes to our checkout date - luckily when checking another issue the following day, we realized the date had not been changed.

4. Lastly, there was one issue with our trip, there was a family of over 30+ people staying on our floor and they were extremely noisy.

5. Also, I was there for a dance competition so there were others running in the hall, very loud, late at night, again the front desk was more than accomodating and immediately addressed the issue with other guest.
