1. Major complaint is the maintenance could have been better, there were a lot of light bulbs that were out, broken lamps, broken switches, and the washer machine was broken.

5. I will have to admit that before I left for Orlando that the negative reviews here had me a bit concerned about Caribe Cove, but learned soon after I arrived that the complaints were all full of it as some exaggerated things deliberately.

9. I did complain the morning of check-out to the front desk - I told them that I am sure that you have had complaints about your mattresses before, the girl smiled and said yes.
