1. Major complaint is the maintenance could have been better, there were a lot of light bulbs that were out, broken lamps, broken switches, and the washer machine was broken.

4. The size of the rooms was good for what you pay but the lack of cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that so many things were broken would definitely keep me from staying there ever again.

After a few days, and it is the first time I use the washer and dryer, and after couple of hours and found out my load of clothes were all ruined, so I called the office again, after a guy came and checked and checked, he discovered that the timer in the washing machine were broken, therefore, if my load of clothes stay at wash, it will stay at wash forever and ever and ever and ever.

10. I should have realized that things were not great when I was waiting to check in and one of the guests checking out had a complaint about a broken bathroom and the manager's response was - 'well you had a 3 bedroom so I am sure the other bathrooms worked'.
