After about 10 minutes of testing and talking, they came to the conclusion that the signal was, indeed, too low due to some router

it is not well located to go to the shopping mall nearby and the reception clerk suggested us a taxi cab that charged 25.

Their printing service did not work, and the front desk guy was NOT helpful at all in helping resolve the
