3. After reading some negative reviews about this hotel, I was hesitant to stay there for my recent trip to New York City, but I got such a great deal on the 4 night stay that I gave it a chance.

4. The only negative that I can mention, is that the beds are not as soft as I personally like but they are tolerable.

5. The only even marginally negative comment I have is the fact that the shuttle bus to the airport runs only every 20 minutes, so that must be taken into consideration when planning a departure.
