1. On check-in we got upgraded to a larger room and although we had a few small problems with the safe and tv in our room the hotel sent people to mend both these issues within 30 minutes.

2. I would definately return, but cost of food there is definately an issue but those mojitos definately are worth every penny.

3. I brought my laptop in order to do some work, and it appears whatever issues with internet access they may have had in the past have been fixed.

5. Upon showing my receipt for the upgrade to an Ocean View room, the rather snooty desk clerk told me I needed to take my issue up with Orbitz, that it was not the Trump`s problem to accomodate this upgrade.

6. noise would have been an issue if there were rowdy vacationers but, thankfully, we had mostly business people.

7. We did not encounter any of the elevator problems that other have mentioned, but I can see how it could become an issue if the hotel is very busy.

8. It was not worth my time to fight over $7 (or whatever it was), but if I stay there again, I will try to check my account daily so there is more time to resolve any issues.
