2. the hotel pool was very nice however the service was horrible-- we paid top dollar during this time of the year expected top service--not enough help at pool and beach area waited very long time for drinks or food, needed to wave servers down to get some service.

3. I was very nervous because many of the other reviews were so negative that I couldn`t imagine how horrible it actually could be, so we took a chance (me, my fiance and our four small children (kids 5, 5, 3 and 2) and aboslutely loved it.

4. Your likelihood of getting a chair by the pool on weekends is slim-to-none, thanks to some beach club deal they seem to have with locals (who themselves were complaining up a storm about the horrible beach/pool service).
