1. they made us wait way over the schedule time for a room that was perhaps the worst we stayed at in our whole life, bugs over the bed, foul smell, old furniture, shy people at front desk that will do nothing without sonsulting there manager.

2. The worst part was when we checked out, we put the whole bill on one credit card but we were double charged as my credit card was incorrectly charged for one of the nights as well.
