2. Negatives are that the walls are pretty thin so if you are a very light sleeper you might hear the outside noise (the city is awake until around 5 am).

5. Only issues were the under-hotel parking only accomodates cars (my fault for driving a large truck) and the street noise (if you are overly sensitive, this could be an issue; it goes with being in the "lively" part of town.
