1. my family and I stayed at this HGI for two nights and were surprised by the really very warm and friendly welcome of two young ladies at the front desk (unfortunately I can't remember their names).

2. When I arrived at the airport, I had to wait a little while for the shuttle to arrive, but unfortunately it didn't turn up at all for my cousin so she had to pay $20 to get a taxi to the hotel (not ideal when travelling alone late at night).
