2. Planes do fly directly overhead from time to time and may produce some jet noise in the rooms, although I didn't find the noise to be that bad.

3. Due to the location, there is some noise from takeoffs at the airport depending on which side of the building your room lies, and the AC/heat units are a bit older and a bit noisy, but the hotel has been updated nicely in all other respects and is maintained beautifully inside and out.
