3. This is a brand new Hilton Grand Vacations Resort and is well planned out, with one exception - food (or lack there of as far as on-site restaurants as there was only one open for lunch to 6pm, but they have full kitchens).

4. Was disappointed in the lack of an ocean view, but overall disappointed in beaches in Kona altogether.

5. Please keep in mind the lack of inexpensive places near the resort to buy groceries and recommend you go to Costco ( 5 miles south of airport) , Safeway or Walmart ( an additional 10 minutes south) before heading the 20 miles north to the resort.
