7. Detroit is a very different city, hardly anything, or anyone around, but this place is perfect for a night or so.

8. While the hotel's not in the best part of town - it's important to remember that Detroit has quite a desolate and empty downtown, although hardly an unsafe district (just empty) - and the hotel itself was in what seemed like a very safe area, about a minute from the nearby People Mover station.
"Beautiful New Hotel in Downtown Detroit " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/20/2009 Vote
