4. THERE WAS A TERRIBLE STENCH OF TRASH THAT SMELLED IN THE LOBBY THAT MADY YOU WANT TO REGURGITATE AND THE ROOMS WERE NOT WELL CLEANED, MY SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK I STAYED THERE AND IT STILL WASNT FIXED BY THE TIME I LEFT.

5. When turned on heat it smelled, in the shower the conditioner bottle was left from previous person in that room, the microwave was sparking like metal was in it, they sent someone to fix but it didn't spark when they tested it but did for the next two days.

6. both rooms had hair in the tubs and so I had also to wash it before using and the smell of smoke in both was also strong (even though I reserved a non-smoke room) it is far from new orleans itself .
