1. Everyone else was rude.

The shuttle driver was rude, did not help anyone into or out of the van, talked on his cell phone while driving (and it wasn't to the people back at the hotel) and when asked about the restaurant we were going to, we were told that 'there were a lot of other good restaurants closer to the hotel' - clearly meaning that he did not want to take us and that we were a bother.

3. The first hotel employee behind the desk was rude and yelled at us and then told us that we needed a voucher for the special rate.

4. I had made a reservation trough expedia and requested a room with microwave since I have a baby and needed to warm up his food, they didn't put me in a room the way I asked, the first day I went to the lobby and asked the bartender of the bar by the front door to warm up the baby's food and was prompted attended but in the second day of my stay the bartender of the time was awfully rude so I had to request to be moved to another room and had to do it myself.

5. And as if her rudeness were not enough, when I received the second mystery coupon, Ellien,another rude front desk attendant told me to read the coupon and I could figure it out.
