1. We arrived to find that they had overbooked the spa suites but they had already arranged to upgrade us to the family suite at no extra charge and to move us to a spa suite the next day if we wanted.

2. We arrived to the hotel at 4pm, having booked it over a month in advance, only to find that the hotel had overbooked and were moving people randomly to Clarion and Comfort Inn (both lower quality hotels).
