3. Our room was suitable for disabled persons which neither of us was and as stated was on the top floor which did surprise me but again was no issue as a lift was right outside the room.

5. we had a hiccup with having booked a late check out, when we returned from our last monring in Disney, that hadn't been processed and we were locked out of the room, not an issue but for the fact that we were cold and soaking wet from the unexpected rain.

6. Had we of brought this issue to light, I am sure it would have been dealt with quickly and efficiently however, as we had already stayed at other hotels that didn't offer safes, we opted to continue to just leave our valuables inside a locked suitcase instead.

Well before the third night after walking back from disneyland, which by the way is quite along walk, my husbands key would not work to get into the room, he went to the front desk and the woman at the front desk told him that he must of demagnitized his card and that she could not re-issue another to him because the room was not in his name.
